Our professional and trusted 2-man home delivery service includes delivery to any room of choice with complete unpack, installation, and demonstration.
Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your purchase within 2-5 working days of order confirmation. Scotland and
Cornwall deliveries may take 3-10 working days.

Access Requirements
To ensure successful delivery and avoid return fees, please confirm the following before placing your order:
1. Room Location: Floor location of your delivery room (e.g., Ground floor, First floor)
2. Door Dimensions: Width of each doorway the product must pass through
3. Clear Route: Route to room will be clear of any obstructions
4. Room Cleared: Delivery room will be cleared to accommodate the product
Assessment Upon Arrival
Our delivery team will carry out an assessment upon arrival. If they feel delivery is not possible, their decision will be
final. Factors considered include:
Access restrictions
Possibility of damage to goods or property
Health and Safety implications
Note: Deliveries are typically made via large van. If you feel there may be access problems (such as long gravel driveways or
tight access), please contact us beforehand as we may have alternative solutions.
Accepting Your Delivery
To help us make the delivery as smooth as possible:
Be present at your home to accept the delivery
If unavailable, ensure someone over 16 years old is available to accept it
Drivers cannot remove shoes due to health and safety regulations when delivering heavy items
You are responsible for protecting your floors and carpets
Packaging Check: We recommend opting for our unpack, install and demonstration service. If accepting without this
service, check the outer packaging for damage. Take photos if damage is visible and ask the driver to open the carton. If
you cannot check upon receipt, you must inspect within 48 hours.
Product Issues & Damage
In the unlikely event of an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will
work quickly to resolve any problems.
Report issues to our customer service team only (not to the delivery driver)

Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy
Changes to Delivery
Changes to your delivery date are possible with proper notice:
Changes must be requested at least 2 working days before scheduled delivery
Changes after this deadline will result in additional re-delivery fees
Any changes to your order may impact the delivery date
Delivery address changes must be notified and agreed in writing before delivery
Failed Deliveries & Return Fees
If we cannot deliver due to factors under your control, additional fees may apply:
Failed delivery fees and restock fees may be charged if products don’t fit or no one is available to receive the delivery
Contact our team 2 working days before your scheduled delivery to rearrange without charges
We may take photos of your property for delivery verification purposes only (photos are held securely and comply with
Data Protection legislation
Liability & Responsibility
We take responsibility seriously, but please note:
Time of delivery is not of the essence – we will not be liable for losses due to reasonable delays from unforeseen
circumstances
We cannot be liable for inaccessibility or marks, scratches, or damage to your property unless caused by our negligence
If you arrange collection by your own third-party carrier, we are not responsible for damage once they take control
Any forwarding delivery is at your own risk
Product Ownership: The product is your responsibility from the time we deliver it to your address or it is collected by
your third-party carrier. You own the product once we have received full payment and delivered it to you.
Smaller Items Delivery
For smaller items, we use national couriers providing 1-2 day delivery service.
30-Day Returns: Keep all packaging during your 30-day cancellation period (30 days from delivery) in case you decide
to return your product.
