Your Werelax product comes with a 1-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty is non-transferable and covers manufacturing faults only.

  • On-site service visit or item collection via partner courier at no cost
  • Free repairs and return with no delivery fees
  • Component-based repair (only affected part repaired/replaced)
  • Replacement provided if repair takes longer than 3 months

🚚 Transportation Damage

Damage occurring after delivery

🌪️ Force Majeure

Natural disasters or unforeseeable events

📋 Instruction Violations

Products used against care instructions

🔨 Unauthorized Repairs

Modifications by anyone other than Werelax

🛠️ Improper Care

Damage from inadequate care or maintenance

How Warranty Claims Work

Filing a Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible with details of the fault
  2. Provide photos or videos showing the issue
  3. We'll inspect and confirm the manufacturing fault
  4. We'll arrange repair, replacement, or alternative solution

Repair vs. Replacement

We evaluate each claim individually:

  • If repairable, we repair free of charge
  • If repair takes longer than 3 months, we provide a replacement
  • If repair cannot be completed, we replace the unit
  • All servicing is performed by authorized Werelax technicians
